　这次会议，是一次安排部署全

镇重要工作的大会。会上，对 XX 年全镇林业生态建设工作中涌现出来的先进单位及个人进行了表彰奖励； 白书记对“学习促转变、 先行作示范、当好排头兵”主题活动及村级组织换届选举工作进行了具体的安排；张镇长对全镇水利工作和

林业生态集中建设年活动做了全面安排部署， 陈书记对上述几项工作提出了明确的要求，要求具有较强的指导性和可操作性。

下面我就贯彻这次会议精神及当前工作提三点要求。

一、认识再提高。各位同志要从讲政治大局的高度，提高认识，深切认识到这次会议部署工作的重要性， 回去以后要迅速将这次会议精神特别是陈书记的讲话精神传达下去， 立即召开村“两委”会把全镇党员干部思想统一到今天会议的决策部署上来，形成“学习促转

二、责任再强化。“学习促转变、先行作示范、 当好排头兵”主题活动的开展，村级组织换届、水利工作、林业生态建设工作任务的落实完成，任务复杂繁重， 都需要同志们投入大量精力，这就要求我们要迅速将任务逐项进行量化、细化，分解落实到人，形成每项工作有人干、每个项目有人抓、每个环节有人管的格局。

三、推进再加力。

　各单位要强化对重点工作的组织领导， 干部要充分发挥表率作用，无论是在主题活动的学习上还是在村级组织换
