中文文献文中引用规范的探讨

摘要 ;论文以图书情报领域部分期刊论文和学位论文为案例，分析了相关文献中文期刊类引文的文中引用特点、引用不规范现象的主要表现，得出了现有学位论文存在严重的不规范现象以及作者更倾向于用报道式引用表述方式等结论，并从现有引用规范、学生、导师、答辩专家、教育管理部门、科技论文作者、期刊编审等方面提出了规范中文文献文中引用的建议。

Discussion on the Citation Criterion of Chinese Literature

Abstract ;This paper？takes several journal papers and dissertations in library and information science areas as examples， analyzes the citing characteristics and the nonstandard phenomenon in the related literatures etc. Accordingly it draws a conclusion that the serious nonstandard phenomenon is existing in the present dissertations and the authors prefer citing by using report type etc. In addition， some suggestions are given on the citation criterion standardizing of Chinese literature from the aspect of bibliographic standards， students， tutors，defense experts，education management department，the paper authors of science and technology，the journal editors and the respondent experts.

文献引用是期刊和论文中必不可少的重要组成部分，是“联系科学继承与创新的重要纽带。”[1]在写作过程中，能否准确并规范地引用文献，反映了作者的研究态度是否严谨。文献引用除了体现科学的继承性、尊重知识产权、便于对稿件创新性鉴审等作用之外，在期刊评价、论文影响力评价以及人才评价中的作用日益凸显[2]。1999年，科学技术部、教育部、中国科学院和中国工程院联合制定了《关于科技工作者行为准则的若干意见》，其中第六条规定“要采取有效措施保护和管理自己的知识产权，尊重他人的知识产权。在科研论著中引用他人的成果，必须注明引证出处;未参加研究或者论著写作的人员，不得在论著中署名或者牟取其他不正当利益。严禁抄袭他人著作、论文或者剽窃他人科研成果的行为。”2002年，教育部进一步提出《关于加强学术道德建设的若干意见》，文中提到“端正学术风气，加强学术道德建设成为当前我国高等学校一项刻不容缓的重要任务”。2009年科技部出版《科研活动诚信指
